Trying to lose weight is hard when you’re munching on salads but craving steaks. One way to make salad more enjoyable is to add amazing, filling toppings (like avocado, raw nuts, or fresh cheese), and even better dressings. However, we all know that dressing is the worst part for your health. Many store bought dressings are full of high fructose corn syrup and artificial dyes. Instead of avoiding dressing your salad all together, the best option is to make your own! This is my go-to when making an irresistible salad. This healthy honey mustard dressing is definitely my favorite and not just because it’s full of amazing minerals and nutrients that help keep your body healthy (when homemade).
